The 4th grade classes have learned about early French Settlements and Life on the Frontier in Missouri History. To continue the fun and learning of early life in Missouri, the kids learn what the life of a pioneer child was like attending a pioneer school, Pioneer games, Civil War Presentation, making and trying homemade pickles, butter and cornbread, enjoying a pioneer lunch, taking care of animals, and planting crops.
