The Hillsboro R3 School District and the Jefferson County Health Department are working together to offer a Flu Vaccination Clinic for students. The clinic will take place on October 21, 2021. The health department will visit each building and administer the flu vaccine to students whose parents/guardians have completed the necessary online form. The link to the form is:
All forms must be received no later than October 14, 2021. This is to ensure that the health department brings the appropriate number of doses needed. This deadline will be strictly enforced.
A vaccine information statement form will be sent home to each child who received the vaccination. If you have any questions about this opportunity, please feel free to contact your building nurse or the Jefferson County Health Department at (636)789-3372. Thank you for your support of the Hillsboro R3 School District.
