Annual Review is Now Open

April 6th begins our Annual Review for the 2021-2022 School Year. This year, we are requiring current proof of residency for all households. (This process is to be completed by the Primary household for each student)

Proof of Residency must be a full-page of a utility bill (electric, gas, sewer, trash, internet, satellite, homeowners insurance, propane), a signed lease agreement with most current receipt, or a mortgage statement. (* must be current or within the last 30 days)

If you do not have Proof of Residency in your name and are living with someone, you will need to stop by the Data Center to pick-up an Affidavit of Residency form. This document requires being notarized for both the parent/guardian and the resident.

This process is to be completed through your Campus Parent Portal. We suggest using a computer, tablet, or your student's Chromebook, as it is more difficult and may not submit correctly using your phone. We also have computer kiosks available to use at the District Data Center located at 20 Hawk Drive (Office Hours Monday - Friday / 8 am - 3 pm)

* 2021-2022 Schedules and Teacher will not be released until the annual review has been completed by the Primary Household and approved.
